You’ll head into Amboseli for unforgettable wildlife encounters, walking safaris, and golden-hour moments in the bush, paired with mobility, strength, and recovery sessions that support long days of exploration. Cultural experiences—from local crafts to immersive nature encounters—add depth and connection to the land and people. The adventure then softens as you transition to the coast, where workouts give way to ocean swims, snorkeling, barefoot movement, and sunset dinners by the sea.
Every day is intentionally designed to keep you active without feeling depleted—think energizing workouts, space to roam, and plenty of time to soak it all in. Brandi has spent over a decade helping people unlock their strength and build confidence through movement. A lifelong athlete with a passion for fitness, she earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Indiana University in 2013 and has since dedicated herself to strength, functional, and high-intensity training. With a deep focus on stability, mobility, and real-world functionality, Brandi ensures her clients move with purpose and power. As a StrongFirst-certified kettlebell instructor, she blends precision with intensity, making every workout both safe and empowering.
She’s also the founder of OutTrain Strong, an online training program designed to make fitness both accessible and sustainable. Brandi is all about creating spaces where people—regardless of experience—feel strong, supported, and capable. She brings the perfect mix of challenge, humor, and heart to her coaching, helping clients push past limits while staying in tune with their bodies.
But fitness for Brandi isn’t just about training—it’s a way of life. Whether she’s hitting the trails, tackling outdoor adventures, or testing her own limits, she believes movement is the key to growth and resilience.

Arrival & Welcome
Welcome to Kenya! Arrive and be greeted by our airport concierge before a smooth transfer to the hotel, a 5-star Nairobi experience in the Westlands neighborhood. Enjoy your welcome swag, settle in, and ease into the experience with a grounding Welcome Circle. We’ll kick things off with a group workout and mobility session, then head out for a relaxed evening of connection and dinner together.
safari & Sweat
Start the morning with a sunrise safari, then enjoy breakfast back at camp. Late morning brings a focused workout, followed by lunch and downtime. Take a dip in the pool during your downtime and watch Zebras meander to the nearby watering hole. Your morning safari gives you an opportunity to see the big cats at dawn, your evening safari gives you an opportunity to see the park before the suns sets, as the wilderness begins to come alive again. As the sun sets, we gather for dinner and a classic sundowner experience. The wildlife is never too far, as the grounds for the safari lodge are open to the wild - allowing animals to wander in and out as they please. A reminder we are in their territory.
culture & Connection
Optional early hot air balloon ride for breathtaking views. Afterward, we move through a workout and breakfast before heading out on a walking and bird safari. The afternoon highlights local culture with a hands-on bead-making class with local women from the Maasai tribe, ending with dinner together.

After breakfast, we transfer back toward Nairobi and continue on to the coast to explore Kenya’s sexiest beach town, Diani Beach. Lunch and a light workout are woven into the journey. We arrive at Nomad Beach Club, settle in, and enjoy dinner at the iconic Salty Squid overlooking the Indian Ocean sunset.

Morning workout and breakfast set the tone before a guided snorkeling tour. Swim with turtles and play with dolphins. The rest of the day is yours to relax by the ocean. Dinner is at the unforgettable Ali Barbour’s Cave Restaurant.
If the timing works in our favor, we may be able to see an early morning turtle release.
