Elevate Peru: Fitness, Food & Culture

Sacred Valley, Peru

Your Journey Begins in Cusco
We’ll kick off in the vibrant city of Cusco, where cobblestone streets and centuries-old Incan history set the stage. Our adventure begins with an exclusive market and restaurant tour, diving into the flavors of Peruvian cuisine—one of the most celebrated culinary scenes in the world. You’ll indulge in decadent ceviches, slow-roasted meats, handcrafted empanadas, and Amazonian superfoods, all while meeting the chefs behind the magic.

To acclimate, you’ll engage in daily, high-energy workouts curated by top trainer Brandi Jackson, blending strength, mobility, and endurance. We’ll also take a scenic riverside hike, ending with an ice-cold plunge and breathwork session to awaken the body and mind—preparing you for the ultimate physical challenges ahead.

Brandi has spent over a decade helping people unlock their strength and build confidence through movement. A lifelong athlete with a passion for fitness, she earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Indiana University in 2013 and has since dedicated herself to strength, functional, and high-intensity training. With a deep focus on stability, mobility, and real-world functionality, Brandi ensures her clients move with purpose and power. As a StrongFirst-certified kettlebell instructor, she blends precision with intensity, making every workout both safe and empowering.

She’s also the founder of OutTrain Strong, an online training program designed to make fitness both accessible and sustainable. Brandi is all about creating spaces where people—regardless of experience—feel strong, supported, and capable. She brings the perfect mix of challenge, humor, and heart to her coaching, helping clients push past limits while staying in tune with their bodies.

But fitness for Brandi isn’t just about training—it’s a way of life. Whether she’s hitting the trails, tackling outdoor adventures, or testing her own limits, she believes movement is the key to growth and resilience.

Brandi is beyond excited to partner with Wild Adventures bringing her expert programming, motivational energy, and deep love for building strong, connected communities.

Settle into the breathtaking Andes and let the crisp mountain air ground you. Ease into movement with an acclimation workout before gathering for a nourishing welcome dinner, where we’ll connect over fresh, locally sourced cuisine.

DAY 2

Sacred Valley & Local Immersion

Start the day with a sunrise stretch before heading to the vibrant Pisac Market to experience Andean culture firsthand. After lunch, we’ll visit a high-altitude potato park, where indigenous farmers cultivate over 1,000 potato varieties. Here, we’ll channel their resilience with a functional outdoor workout before ending the day with a guided Peruvian food tour.

DAY 3

Rainbow Mountain Challenge

Embark on a high-altitude trek to the breathtaking Rainbow Mountain, where vibrant mineral-rich landscapes reward our climb. After a well-earned meal, we’ll return for optional breathwork or relaxation before sharing stories over dinner.

DAY 4

Ancient Wisdom & Natural Wonders

A morning strength session prepares us for an exploration of Moray’s mystical agricultural terraces—often called the “Womb of the Earth”—and the stunning salt pools of Maras. In the afternoon, we’ll take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, where we’ll rest and recharge for Machu Picchu.

DAY 5

Machu Picchu & Andean Rituals

A private guided tour of the legendary Machu Picchu offers a profound step back in time. On our journey back, we’ll pause for a heartfelt service project before closing the day with a traditional Despacho Ceremony, giving thanks to the land and spirits that have guided us.

DAY 6

Movement, Breath & Connection

Choose an invigorating morning workout or a mindful nature walk before immersing in Andean traditions with breathwork, a refreshing cold plunge in a sacred river, and a visit to a wildlife sanctuary. We’ll close our final night with a celebratory farewell dinner.

DAY 7

Reflection & Departure

A peaceful sound bath allows us to reflect on our journey before sharing one last breakfast together. Though we part ways, the strength, culture, and connection we’ve gained will stay with us long after we leave.

Absolutely! Many of our travelers come solo, and you won’t feel alone. The beauty of group travel is that it removes the fear of solo adventures while giving you an instant community. After booking, we’ll send you flight guidelines and invite you to a group chat about two weeks before departure, so you can connect with your fellow adventurers beforehand.
