Your journey begins in the wild — sunrise strength sessions on the savanna, mobility flows under vast open skies, and full-body conditioning inspired by the rhythm of nature. You’ll be staying in a beautiful eco-safari lodge set within an active wildlife corridor leading to Amboseli National Park — the natural pathway animals use as they move across the land. Wildlife roams freely through the area, creating an authentic, unscripted bush experience unlike anywhere else.
The camp is owned and run by local members of the Maasai tribe, and throughout our stay we’ll be eating and living alongside the warriors, making the experience truly immersive. You won’t just witness the culture — you’ll share space, stories, and daily life within it. It’s raw, connected, and deeply rooted in community, offering a rare opportunity to live within the wild rather than simply observe it.
Then we shift from roar to restore. Lexi has been in the health and wellness space for over 10 years and has a huge passion for all things related to health and fitness! She launched her own nutrition coaching company called LZS Nutrition Ltd in 2019, primarily specializing in gut & hormone health, in addition to working with athletes.
Lexi also has just as great of a passion for international travel! She has visited over 40 countries and has a goal of reaching 100 countries with her husband! She loves to be immersed in culture, explore off the beaten path places and most of all, taste all the local cuisine! Some of her most favorite countries that she's visited include Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Chile, Slovenia and Finland.

Day 1 – Arrival & Connection
Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel where you'll settle in and meet the group. We kick off the adventure with a Welcome Circle, followed by a rejuvenating group workout and mobility session. In the evening, enjoy a unique cooking experience and your first taste of Kenyan hospitality.
Day 2 – Into the Wild
After breakfast, we journey to our eco-safari camp near Amboseli National Park. Nestled within an active wildlife corridor and operated by the local Maasai community, this is where the adventure truly begins. Following lunch, enjoy an energizing workout and mobility session before gathering for an unforgettable bush dinner beneath the African sky.
Day 3 – Safari & Strength
Wake early for a thrilling safari experience, where you'll have the chance to witness Africa's iconic wildlife in their natural habitat. After breakfast, challenge yourself with a strength-focused workout and spend the afternoon on another game drive. End the day with dinner and a stunning African sundowner as the sun sets over the savanna.
Day 4 – Maasai Culture & Exploration
Immerse yourself in the traditions of the Maasai people through authentic cultural experiences. Start the day with a workout, followed by a guided walking safari where you'll discover the smaller wonders of the bush. Later, participate in a traditional bead-making workshop and connect more deeply with the local community and culture.
Day 5 – From Bush to Beach
Today we transition from the wild landscapes of Amboseli to Kenya's breathtaking coastline. Travel back through Nairobi before flying to the beautiful shores of Diani Beach. Upon arrival, settle into your beachfront accommodation, enjoy a workout session, and watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean before dinner by the sea.
Day 6 – Ocean Adventure & Recovery
Experience the beauty of Kenya's marine world with a guided snorkeling excursion through crystal-clear waters and vibrant coral reefs. The day also includes movement sessions designed to restore and recharge your body. In the evening, enjoy a memorable dinner in one of the coast's most unique dining settings.

Our final day takes us into the lush landscapes of Shimba Hills, where we'll explore scenic trails and stunning waterfalls.
