Host + Personal Trainer

Brandi has spent over a decade helping people unlock their strength and build confidence through movement. A lifelong athlete with a passion for fitness, she earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Indiana University in 2013 and has since dedicated herself to strength, functional, and high-intensity training. With a deep focus on stability, mobility, and real-world functionality, Brandi ensures her clients move with purpose and power. As a StrongFirst-certified kettlebell instructor, she blends precision with intensity, making every workout both safe and empowering.

She’s also the founder of OutTrain Strong, an online training program designed to make fitness both accessible and sustainable. Brandi is all about creating spaces where people—regardless of experience—feel strong, supported, and capable. She brings the perfect mix of challenge, humor, and heart to her coaching, helping clients push past limits while staying in tune with their bodies.

But fitness for Brandi isn’t just about training—it’s a way of life. Whether she’s hitting the trails, tackling outdoor adventures, or testing her own limits, she believes movement is the key to growth and resilience.

Day 1: Arrival in Koh Lanta
Arrival & Connection

Arrive in Krabi Airport where our team will coordinate your group transfer to Koh Lanta. After checking into your luxury villa accommodations, settle in, unwind, and meet your fellow travelers. Grace + Brandi will bring you through a gentle full body workout and stretch to help shake off the long flight.  In the evening, gather for a beachfront welcome dinner as we kick off an unforgettable week together with sunset views, authentic Thai cuisine, and connection.

Day 2: Muay Thai + Cooking
Cook, Connect & Experience Local Culture

Start the morning with an energizing Muay Thai class led by local instructors—an immersive introduction to Thailand’s national sport. Relax by the pool or beach afterwards before an afternoon of fun. Throughout the afternoon, learn the flavors and traditions of authentic Thai cuisine during a hands-on cooking class led by local chefs. Pick up all the ingredients for this meal at the local market. Enjoy the meal you create together before spending the evening watching the sunset with your group. Afterwards, enjoy a full slow flow yoga class with Grace. 

Day 3: Choose Your Own Adventure 
Bathing Elephants

Begin with a morning workout with Brandi designed to wake you up and get your blood pumping. After breakfast, head to an ethical Elephant Sanctuary where you will walk alongside rescued elephants in their natural environment (no riding, no performance). If the sanctuary is not your speed, enjoy a sunrise Gondola Tour through mangroves, a National Pakr Hike with Picnic Lunch, or a Traditional Batik Class.  Grace will lead you through a Yoga Flow in the evening.

Day 4: Jungle Walk + Waterfall Tour
Reconnect with Nature

After a full body morning workout and breakfast, trade the beaches for lush jungle landscapes as we explore tropical trails and hidden waterfalls deep within nature. Cool off beneath cascading water, take in panoramic views, and experience Thailand beyond the tourist path. Back at the Villas, lounge by the pool, explore the beach, or just unplug in your own way before a gentle yoga to close out the evening after dinner. 

Day 5: Island Hopping Adventure 
Island Hopping Through Paradise

Kick your day off with a full body workout with Brandi. Then spend the day cruising through turquoise waters on our private 4-island hopping adventure. Swim in crystal-clear lagoons, snorkel vibrant reefs, relax on white sand beaches, and experience some of Thailand’s most breathtaking scenery. This is the ultimate adventure day filled with sunshine, connection, music, and unforgettable memories. Unwind in the evening with a gentle yoga class with Grace designed to loosen all the tight muscles from swimming, cliff jumping, and exploring. 

Day 6: Wellness + Farewell Celebration
Relax, Reflect & Celebrate

Slow things down today and soak in all the adventure you have had. After breakfast, enjoy the pool and beach. Mid morning, Brandi will lead you through a full body workout. In between the pool and beach, enjoy a rejuvenating 90-minute traditional Thai massage designed to restore your body after a wild week. Spend your final afternoon soaking in the beauty of Koh Lanta before gathering for an unforgettable farewell dinner celebration and evening yoga.

Until Next Time

On your final morning, enjoy a full body workout with a combined yoga cool down. Brandi + Grace will co-lead you through this final body movement. Enjoy one last group breakfast before airport transfers.

Absolutely! Many of our travelers come solo, and you won’t feel alone. The beauty of group travel is that it removes the fear of solo adventures while giving you an instant community. After booking, we’ll send you flight guidelines and invite you to a group chat about two weeks before departure, so you can connect with your fellow adventurers beforehand.

Who can attend a retreat?

Anyone 18 and older! We encourage you to review the itinerary to ensure you’re comfortable with the physical requirements. Our adventures are designed for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey. If you’re looking for a push outside your comfort zone, this might be the perfect opportunity.

What type of travel insurance do I need, and why is it required?

Travel insurance is mandatory. Your policy must cover personal medical emergencies and trip cancellations—whether due to unforeseen personal circumstances or external factors like natural disasters. This ensures your investment and well-being are protected.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made 120 days or more before the start of a trip are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before the start of a trip are entitled to 50% refund. Any cancellations 90 days or less before the start of a trip are non refundable.
